Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for on-site software and hardware installation, debugging, upgrade, maintenance, fault diagnosis and removal, spare parts replacement, emergency fault response, and remote technical support, to ensure the stable and reliable operation of software and hardware.
2. Rectify network faults for customers onsite or remotely to ensure that the network is normal.
3. Responsible for the collection and delivery of product repair, as well as the installation and debugging after repair.
4. Accept customers' questions and inquiries, answer technical questions, and guide the use, maintenance and maintenance of products.
5. Perform inspection and maintenance tasks to prevent problems and faults.
6. Summarized problems and failures, compiled reports and submitted them to superiors regularly.
7. Cooperated with the project manager in the implementation of field projects such as comprehensive wiring, computer network, computer room engineering, security monitoring, etc.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Major in computer, network, communication, electronics or related;
2. Familiar with system integration and operation and maintenance services; proficient in the installation, debugging, use and maintenance of computers, printers, multimedia, monitoring, wiring, network, office software and other products;
3. Good problem analysis and solution ability, able to independently solve common problems and faults of computer software, hardware and network;
4. Work seriously, steadfast, calm, with good service consciousness, service attitude, responsibility and team spirit;
5. Willing to devote to IT service business, able to obey the company's arrangement and adapt to short-term business trips;
6. More than 3 years working experience in system integration and operation and maintenance service is preferred.
